Very bad experience. I left my truck there for 27 days and they kept telling me they didnβt check it yet. After 15 days they said they inspected it and there are many issues, then promised to call me for inspection pickup but never did. I had to keep calling them myself. The staff was unprofessional and rude. In the end, after all that waiting, they told me it wonβt pass inspection. Huge waste of time. I do NOT recommend this place.

This review is loooong overdue, but back in June this year Jeremy and his team helped us out in a bind π€ They were amazing to work with, incredible customer service, they got us back on the road, and they went above and beyond with the kindness they showed us (and our van lol π). Thanks to them, we made it to CMA fest in Nashville, TN!! πΆ π€ πΈ

Dropped my truck off at Toms to have a few things done. When I was there it sounded like they would get it in and do good work. Little did I know this place might be the worst. They would never call with an update after a week. Then 10 days go by and I call, theyβre still working on it. About 2.5 weeks into it I just decided to go up there. Received very few answers on why things werenβt done. They only had about half the things done after 2.5 weeks. Cost me 3 weeks down and a couple grand in repairs. Still had to take it to another shop to complete everything else. This place should be avoided at all costs. The owner does not care about business.
